By placing an order on this store you agree to these terms.

Who we are: This store is operated by David Vojvodić s.p., a sole proprietor registered in Slovenia (full details in our Legal Notice).

Where we sell: We sell to customers in the United States only. Prices are shown in US dollars; any applicable fees are shown at checkout.

Orders: We may decline or cancel an order and issue a full refund where necessary (for example, in the case of a pricing error or a stock issue).

Shipping & returns: Delivery times, refunds, and our 2-year motor guarantee are set out in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Product use: The PACKPAWS washer is splash-resistant, not waterproof — keep the motor housing dry and follow the included instructions.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia (and EU law where applicable), excluding conflict-of-law rules; the Slovenian courts have jurisdiction. US customers' mandatory state consumer-protection rights apply alongside these terms and prevail where they cannot be waived.
