PACKPAWS — Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States only.

Delivery: orders typically arrive in 8–12 business days. We give an honest range, not a single promised date — if anything slips beyond it, we'll email you. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Our products are shipped directly from our overseas supplier, which is why the delivery window is a range rather than next-day. We'd rather be honest about timing than make a promise we can't keep.

Shipping is free on every order.

Import duties. Any applicable tariffs are already included in our shipping costs. In rare cases your local customs office may still assess a small import duty or tax when your order is delivered; where that happens, it is the recipient's responsibility. If you ever receive an unexpected customs charge, email support@packpaws.shop and we'll make it right.
