30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If PACKPAWS isn't right for you, email support@packpaws.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number — we'll refund you on photo proof, with no physical return required in most cases.

2-Year Motor Guarantee

Every PACKPAWS washer is covered by a 2-year motor guarantee. If the motor fails, or the unit arrives damaged or defective, we replace it free — no return shipping needed. Rare physical returns are handled via our US returns address and resolve to store credit.

Not covered: change of mind after 30 days, accidental water damage from submersion (the unit is splash-resistant, not waterproof), or normal battery wear after the guarantee period.

Consumer rights: We ship to the United States only. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your US state; where those rights cannot be waived, they apply alongside this policy and prevail if in conflict.
